The Story Behind the Retreat.

This retreat came to fruition in January of 2016. I stepped into the real estate world in November 2012 and it was very apparent to me that the operations side of the industry lacked talent.  Along with talent the majority of Real Estate Agents also lacked knowledge on how to effectively manage and provide Admin with opportunities to grow and become better humans and employees.

This retreat is now open to any human looking to be and become the BEST version and Leader of themselves.

The retreat never has more than 40 attendees. As a result you have a highly intimate, intentional experience designed to provoke thought and inspire action. You will walk away with a new group of friends, resources from all over the United States, and an opportunity to have a powerful reset.

My goal with this retreat is to show YOU just how powerful YOU can be, and help YOU learn how to share YOUR story effectively. Through networking, hard work and persistence- YOU have the ability to take control of what YOU want in life and go after it. Many Admin have fear and feel paralyzed to go after what they want or think they deserve. Thus, 80% of this retreat is about personal development and building self awareness.  I firmly believe by working on ourselves first- the business will bloom and flourish beyond what you thought was possible.

Every year I create this experience with INTENTION, to have an open mind. Listen. Ask questions. Allow this event to be something that perhaps stops a pattern, opens a new door, uncovers a part of your thinking that you didn't even realize was there.

You're much more powerful than YOU realize.

Meet Your 2023 Speakers.

Meet En-May Mangels: En-May Mangels is an internationally renowned Strategic Intuitive Advisor, Empath, and modern-day Spiritualist. Working with high-performing individuals in the business world, entertainment, and arts, En-May engages with her clients to safely, compassionately, and effectively remove limiting beliefs, providing insights to restore areas lacking vibrancy, productivity or desired results; to inspire and propel their greatest outcome for themselves, their companies, and all the lives within their circle. People from all walks of life, at all stages of life have sought En-May for counsel on matters of elevated emotional, spiritual, physical, and financial distress. Fortune 500 company executives, Grammy stars, property developers - those seeking to elevate their own understanding how intuition is the secret sauce to being the difference between them and their competition are recognizing the importance of both mining the data and the intuition to produce the most impactful, desired outcome. It’s not magic. It’s the ability to listen to a Soul. Your Soul. Or the Soul of your business.

Gifted with an exceptionally strong generational lineage of seers and light-workers, En-May has known since childhood that her intuitive communicative arts would allow her to be a conduit of positive energies and motivation. As an Empath, En-May has a heightened awareness to feel, hear, see, and even taste another’s energy, Spirit, aura, or voice from every realm. This is to have claircognition, clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairscentience. Data is received through a handshake, a photo, or one’s voice, where En-May is guided to her client’s past, present, and future. She is often requested to walk through an office space or residence, opening her extrasensory gifts, where she is able to target “hot and cold spot” irregularities.
En-May maintains her private practice in Federal Way, WA. She leads and co-facilitates several seminars each year on developing your own intuition, finding your life direction, mastering real estate intuition, sharing tools to live a spirited, spiritual life with meditation, positive visualization, and your ultimate results with confidence and clarity. You can connect with EnMay via Facebook.

Meet Margaret (Mo) Smith: I am on a mission to help humans step into the authentic leaders that they are. Born and raised in Seattle, WA, I have a passion for seeking truth and asking the hard questions. My parents provided an environment where my brothers and I were truly given permission to just be ourselves. I had no idea the privilege I was given.
Prior to my time in Real Estate, I was the Docent Program Coordinator at the Seattle Art Museum for 5 years and Assistant Volleyball Coach for Northwest University in Kirkland. I have my Masters in Social Work with a focus on administration, and am an adamant believer in human potential.
I was the Director of Operations for Pickett Street Properties out of Bothell, WA from 2012-2020. My job involved recruiting, screening, hiring, marketing/PR, client events, team events, culture, podcast production and overall strategic thinking with the Owner, Jesse D. Moore.
After the pandemic closed down WA state in March of 2020- I realized pretty quickly it was time for me to make the leap. I left my job in July of 2020 with just enough money to last me 1.5 months- and I started my venture and journey with I love it when, LLC. I am extremely passionate about what I do- I am relentless. I am an advocate, artist, cheerleader, strategic thinker- an Admin who wants to help bust open the industry, and assist in the growth of your business and personal life.

“The PNW retreat that Margaret Smith planned was so much more than I could have imagined. I am not from the region and I walked away with tremendous growth from just one weekend; it was that POWERFUL!  From the venue to the food and the amazing people and presenters, Margaret had every detail mapped out and it flowed seamlessly.  I can only hope that my name is on the invitation list for the years to come.”

“The PNW Retreat has positively impacted my life both personally and professionally. I now feel a strong sense of community with women from around the country who have similar careers, aspirations, visions, and big ideas. The laid back environment was conducive to learning, sharing, and connecting. This retreat helped show me the value that I add to my team, areas that need improvement, and new systems that could help our business. Since returning, I have been more motivated than ever to help my team surpass our goals.”

“Margaret Smith put together an incredible retreat for specifically administrative leadership on teams/market centers. We all know we need some special training ;), and boy, did she put together an event to never forget! If you or your admin is looking to expand their vision, grow personally, professionally, and learn from executive assistants, transaction coordinators, director of operations, the list goes on in terms of admin, this is the retreat he/she must attend. What better way to train your admin by sending them off for a few days to reset, refocus, and learn from those who are in the trenches? The event was incredible, cannot wait for the next!”
-Liz Grier, Executive Assistant to Stacie States at Keller Williams Realty Boise

“The 2017 PNW Operations Retreat, was by far the most beneficial training, class, event, I have had personal growth wise. Which for the admin type I think is over looked! I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for Mo! Her passion for admin is just incredible and has forever changed our world. I would highly recommend this retreat to any high functioning admin. In fact, I would make it mandatory. :)”

“Don't consider coming, don't think I'll ask if I can come next year when I know more, have more to share or become a better version of myself...just come and be prepared to be vulnerable, open and learn more about yourself and your business than you ever had.”
-Anonymous

"I attended last year's retreat really unsure of what direction I wanted to go with my career. After spending time with this amazing group of talented and driven women, I came away with focus on what I really want the rest of my career to look like. The wide array of speakers from various fields gave us so much wisdom. It was truly one of the best weekends I have ever had. I can't wait for next year. “
