  • I have done 60 minute mini sessions on this topic and 3 hour workshops. The focus is on helping people identify where they may be experiencing burnout and give them some simple tools they can utilize immediately to address it. Great topic to address across any industry or community!

  • I always weave an aspect of this into every keynote, workshop, class or retreat I facilitate. That’s how important I believe it is. Energy awareness and hygiene are two skills that can change a workplace and home life for the better- and help people navigate change with more ease and peace. We are all MADE of energy- and we pick up emotions and energy that belong to other people all day long. If we’re not aware of this- we can be making decisions and taking action based on emotions that do not belong to us! I love bringing this topic into the conversation in a very grounded and logical way that will reach people who may struggle to accept what they can not see.

  • I ignored my intuition for most of my life- until I couldn’t any more. Western society has never really fully embraced this part of us that we can’t totally describe- and the unseen world is a part of it! I am excited to help bring the SOUL back into the business world. When we utilize our intuition - it’s like the secret sauce we didn’t realize we were missing! I love incorporating meditation and various tools that have helped me to develop and use my intuition on a daily basis in my business and personal life.

  • Being YOU. Authenticity. Can you be the same person at home as you are at work? I LOVE diving into this topic and will often bring engaging exercises with me to help drive discussion. The more aligned we are with what we truly desire in life- the happier and more fulfilled we will be!

    Vulnerability. I am very good at creating what I like to call a safe “container” for people to truly be themselves. When I’m given the space to do this- THIS is where the magic happens! I love it when… we can get to the root of what’s truly happening- and adjust from that space to find more peace and alignment. Creating a safe container and holding the space requires presence, structure and strength.

  • I am a certified Fierce Conversationalist :) What does that mean? I was certified by Fierce Conversations Inc, a company out of Seattle, WA that is based on the book Fierce Conversations by Susan Scott. I read this book because I have struggled with confrontation and hard conversations for most of my life. This book and the process have changed my life and I LOVE it when I have the opportunity to talk about it and share my experience with people.

When I was in the Real Estate Industry (2012-2020) I taught a class called “Perspective: Through the Lens of an Executive Assistant”. This was the beginning of my speaking and teaching career- and I quickly became addicted to how quickly it accelerated my personal growth as well.
